This assignment is part of my mentorship program. Last August, when I first arrived in Canada, I wasn’t familiar with the local internet landscape. So, I decided to start with an app I frequently used at the time. The Save on Foods app was one of my commonly used apps back then, and during its usage, I encountered many inconveniences. As a newcomer, it took me a long time to understand the membership rules.
